Mission Statement

The TEAM Success Engineering Club's Precollege Enrichment Program is committed to inspiring and preparing young minds for future careers in STEM fields, including Technology, Engineering, Aeronautics, Art, and Science. Our mission is to provide students with hands-on experiences, mentorship, and educational opportunities that ignite curiosity and foster a deep understanding of STEM disciplines. We aim to create an inclusive and dynamic learning environment that celebrates diversity, encourages creativity, and promotes collaboration, equipping students with the skills and confidence to become innovative leaders and problem-solvers in their chosen fields.

Additionally, the T.E.A.M. Success College Prep Sports program is dedicated to preparing high school students for success in both academics and sports. Our goal is to assist youths in the Brevard County area in preparing for college or trades by using sports as a vehicle and motivator. We are establishing an AAU Basketball team that will travel and introduce students to college life and careers. The program includes SAT/ACT prep, Math/ELA readiness and test-taking skills, college visits, and mentorship.
